The news channel was twice named News Station of the Year by the Associated Press, and was named Television Station of the Year by the Gabriel Awards three times, twice consecutively. Other honors include a Scripps Howard National Journalism Award, and most recently, a National Edward R. Murrow Award for the station’s documentary work.
